MILWAUKEE (December 11, 2018) – Passenger traffic continues to rise at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) in 2018. Nearly 600,000 passengers flew through MKE in October, an increase of more than five percent from the same period in 2017.

FRONTIER LAUNCHES NONSTOP SERVICE FROM MKE TO JACKSONVILLE
MILWAUKEE (August 15, 2018) – Milwaukee County’s General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) and Frontier Airlines launched new seasonal nonstop service from Milwaukee to Jacksonville International Airport this afternoon. MKE SELECTED FOR NEW SKYWEST MAINTENANCE FACILITY
MILWAUKEE (January 11, 2018) – Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele has announced that SkyWest Airlines has purchased a double hangar complex from Milwaukee County. At 190,000 square-feet, the new facility will be SkyWest’s largest maintenance facility, based on square footage.
